We each live in our individual worlds,
Though surrounded, we remain scattered.
My outstretched hand couldn't bridge the divide,
Though I perceive your vulnerabilities.
In the end, we depart on our own,
Such is the nature of things.

I can’t reach your heart is all about the powerlessness of witnessing your love ones going through tough time in their lives. We genuinely want to help, but we also realise that we can't fully understand or solve their problems.

Sometimes, we may have insights or solutions that could potentially assist them. We can see possible ways to untangle the knots in their lives. But ultimately, each person has to carry their own world on their shoulders. We can't take their burdens away, everyone is lonely in some way.

While it can be disheartening to realise our limitations, we can still show empathy, support, and companionship. We can create understanding and offer compassion as we help each other carry the weight of our own worlds. In this shared journey, we find solace.
